Who runs this website

This website is operated by Nolimit Marketing Solutions (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us"). We help people in Pretoria East find a tree-felling and garden-services contractor. We do not carry out the work ourselves. Quote requests and calls made through this website come to us first, and we may refer your request to one or more independent local contractors suited to your job. The contractor contacts you, gives the quote and, if you go ahead, does the work. This policy explains how we handle your personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

When you send the quote form we collect your name, phone number, suburb, the service you need and anything you write about the job. If you phone the number on this site, the call comes to us and we will see your phone number and any details you give us about the job.

Why we use it

We use your details only to respond to your quote request: to refer it to a suitable contractor (or contractors) and, where needed, to follow up on it. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for marketing. If we ever offer updates or promotions, we will ask for your permission separately.

Who receives it

Your request is shared with the contractor or contractors we refer it to, and only for your job. The quote form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-processing service, and arrives in our email inbox (Gmail). These services may store or process information on servers outside South Africa. We only share what is needed to deal with your request.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, or as required by law, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us using it. Contact us at garsfonteintreefelling@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
